For
Nalini Karamchandani, as with many people, starting her own business was not an
easy feat. Nalini Karamchandani continued to work as a real estate agent while
laying down the foundation of NGI Investment. Because of her perseverance in
becoming a business owner, Nalini Karamchandani was able to launch NGI
Investment in 2004.
From the
beginning of the planning process, Nalini Karamchandani had a vision of
creating a well-respected real estate firm. In particular, Nalini Karamchandani
wanted to be able to offer investment options for retailers. She discovered a
passion and a knack for locating and developing valuable investment
opportunities. Nalini Karamchandani was sure she could offer this service to
